Loan against rent receivables

Under this scheme the financial assistance is provided for companies - Listed / Unlisted against the security of Commerical Property on Rent Receivables. We also do loans on Rent Receivables duly declared in their respective Income Tax Returns and not generally reflecting in Bank - Office / Commercial Premises - already owned / to be purchased with the help of the loan from Banks Only.

The loan amount may be utilized for repayment of exiting loans (including takeover) / Purchase of fixed assets and Release Deeds of for payment to Siblings / Family Members.

Loan is provided for the properties which is completed in all respects with Khata / Khata Extract and Tax Paid Receipts.
